Raring to go
It’s 9:30.
I got up, ate a piece of string cheese, sprayed myself liberally with bug spray and headed off for my walk (when I drove the circle in my car it said 2 miles but the pedometer today only said 1.67).
Now I’m home with an english muffin in the toaster oven and a frappuccino coffee drink (the kind in a bottle) next to me and I’m ready to get my day started.
If I don’t need a nap first.
I got caught up on a lot of stuff yesterday, got a little bit of writing done, but then figured I should probably transcribe what I already wrote because 1) I don’t really remember what was going on and 2)…well, no, pretty much only because I have no idea what I already wrote.
BUNNY BREAK - Backyard Bunny (not to be confused wiht Sideyard Bunny) just hopped through the yard. Now back to your regularly scheduled post.
I also placed an Amazon Order last night. Bought some birthday presents for myself!

Playing with Fire by Gena Showalter
All the books come out in the next week or so, which means I will hopefully get them right around my birthday!
I also added a bunch of books that I didn’t really want to spend my own money on, but still really wanted, to my wishlist. I love birthdays!
So, what books are you really looking forward to? What books are you going to buy yourself and what books are you hoping someone else buys for you?

I have a birthday coming up soon too. Sunday the 3rd to be exact. I am hoping that my mom gets me the 4 Gena Showalter books that I don’t have yet for my birthday, but it probably won’t happen (cause for the past 2 years she has failed to get me anything even though she’s told me she *did* get me something). Then I think I’m going to buy a few ebooks for myself for my birthday but the problem is deciding which ones…

Sorry about that. LOL! Just excited to see an old friend. Anyway, in answer to your question…I’m looking forward to NR’s Morrigan Crossing trilogy. Looks interesting. Gena is hit or miss for me, but the new one looks really good. There are a lot more out there, but I’m blanking on who & what. LOL!

I ordered CIG to Erotic Romance too! Mine should be on the doorstep tomorrow…and I ordered an Aphrodisia - Red Velvet. Yay! I love to get new books.

Kris - While there are woods right behind my backyard, it doesn’t seem to matter to the bugs this summer. I step outside and they can smell me for miles!!
