I think you're opinion (and Kim's) might prove my little theory about award winning movies correct though. The last two "winners" I saw, were Sideways and Lost in Translation. And now I guess I should be happy about it. Although I didn 't see it, I will agree that it's vital to have a LOVE story and not just relationship mess. Good luck with the dryer vent.
