I don't get the whole "you have to be politically correct and say Happy Holidays" thing. I'll wish people a Merry Christmas, because that's the holiday that's coming up. After Christmas, I'm all over the Happy New Year. It'd be like saying Happy Thanksgiving and expecting that to encompass Halloween too. Hmmm. Maybe that only works here in Canada :) Of course, that all changes if I know for fact that you celebrate one of the others - Hannukkah, Kwanzaa, Ramadan, etc. Then I'll say both.
