Oh yeah!! I came out the victor today. Or actually, I guess the person actually fixing the problem did, but whatever. I HAVE HOT WATER!!!

I refused to get out of bed today until I could take a hot shower. I could tell we didn’t have it for a lot of the morning because my apartment is a piece of crap and everytime anyone turns on their water, my pipes make noise. There was a lot of turning on for a few minutes and then turning off.

Finally, when the hubster checked at about 11:30 it was hot!! Yay!!!

Anyway, I don’t know if I mentioned the KIA Marathon my online chapter does.

Basically it’s a month long writing marathon named after a former member. The teams are split into full timers and part timers and then again by genre. I’m the co-hostess.

Today (last night) was the due date for this weeks page count. OMG, Some of them were absolutely AMAZING!! I feel so inadequate even though I did manage to edit 115 pages.

Speaking of editing. Somewhere along the line in this new version of WORD I’m using, I managed to get a dotted line across the page. I did it once but when somehow I got it to show up at least a dozen more times. It took both the hubster and I at least an hour and a half to get rid of them.

Ugh!
