I’m off to Norfolk today to visit the brother-in-law and spend some time on the beach. You know, who needs to stay home and work when you can go to the beach and be stressed out of your mind because of all the work you’re NOT getting done?!?!?!

I probably don’t want to take the laptop to the beach with me, huh? Could get sand in some very unfortunate places.

In other news, I’m sure everybody’s heard this, but fellow writer Marianne Mancusi returned from Reno to her house burned to the ground. The Litereary Chicks are organizing an auction (complete with BIG NAME critiques) and Marianne is accepting books and other stuff to get her back on her feet.

I went to one of Marianne’s workshops in Reno - How to be a Trailblazer and Sell. She’s really sweet, and I assume pretty darn devistated so anything you can do to help would, I’m sure, be appreciated.
